Adults

The formulation combines herbal ingredients with carbonyl iron to work through several complementary mechanisms.

Zingiber officinale (ginger) and Piper nigrum (black pepper) act as gastric stimulants and carminatives, reducing flatulence and promoting healthy digestion. Terminalia chebula functions as a gentle laxative supporting smooth gastric evacuation. Emblica officinalis (amla) is rich in vitamin C, minerals, and amino acids; it enhances iron absorption from the gut and, in combination with iron, serves as a remedy for anaemia. Terminalia bellirica addresses digestive complaints. Cyperus rotundus further aids digestion. Plumbago zeylanica supports the management of anaemia. Cuminum cyminum (cumin) supplies zinc and folic acid, which are co-factors in red blood cell production. Carbonyl iron directly replenishes iron stores to correct iron deficiency anaemia.
