Children (under 12 years)

1 teaspoonful (5 ml) twice daily.

Adults

Emblica officinalis (Indian gooseberry/Amla) is a rich source of vitamin C, minerals, and amino acids. Its active constituents include emblicanin A and B, puniglucanin, pedunculagin, ellagic acid, and phenolic flavonoids such as gallic acid, quercetin, and kaempferol. These compounds confer significant antioxidant activity. Emblica officinalis increases glutathione levels, supports blood detoxification, and improves lung function through its terpenoid constituents.

Piper longum is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine for enhancing digestion, assimilation, and metabolism. It also demonstrates antiulcerogenic activity, helping to protect against gastric ulcers.
