The principal active ingredient is Gymnema sylvestre, known in Hindi as gurmar, meaning "destroyer of sugar." This formulation corrects pancreatic function and stimulates insulin secretion. Adults: Take 4 to 6 pellets by mouth three times daily, or as directed by a physician.
Children (2 years and older): Take half the adult dose.
