The concomitant use of Dabixta Etexilate with P-gp inducers (e.g., rifampin) reduces exposure to dabigatran and should generally be avoided. For patients with triple-positive antiphospholipid syndrome, treatment with Dabixta Etexilate increases the risk of thrombosis.
