Piper longum (Pippali): Active constituents include piperine, piplartine, piperlonguminine, and volatile oils. It acts as a carminative, digestive aid, muscular tonic, and nervine tonic, and is traditionally used in the management of anaemia, haemorrhoids, colic, and splenic disorders.
Mix with half a cup of water and take 3 to 4 times per day.
Ages 12 and older: 10 drops per dose.
